Coral Beach Club offers luxurious beach side living. Choose from one of our 14 exquisite villas, directly on beach front property. All the villas have decks, swimming or whirlpool, hurricane shutters, and either a garage or car port. We also have 7 condos on the lagoon side of the Coral Beach Club development. These condos offer exquisite, affordable living in one of the prime locations on the island of St. Maarten/St. Martin. Other amenities that will be offered are a reception area, a restaurant, a store, and a fitness studio. This will be a gated community and therefore will have security guards at the entrance of the property. |
